We are only using a small part of our land as garden, it is a level section extending about fifteen meters from the house and across the back of the house for thirty meters. The boundary between the garden and the rest of the land is formed by mature trees and shrubs. The land then gently slopes away to the rest of the land which is fairly level but has not been touched for at least twenty years.
