We have over 12 000 square meters, 3.15 acres, we have sold 600 and a villa is being built. We have some nice specimen trees, about 30 lilac trees, 40 small cherry trees, a large walnut, hundreds of small oaks, large oaks, horse chestnut and more!. The land is fairly flat but uneven due to being neglected for twenty or more years. The wild grass grows waist high in summer and dies down in the winter.
