If it was not for the terrace we may not have bought the house. It is quite big, over twelve meters by four. The views are fantastic. It was covered in two inches of plant roots and compost, the steps were completely covered in brambles and in a poor state. The "railing" were made from garden wire. We have made the steps safe and replaced the railings with 35mm steel tube, once the cold water system in the house now recyled. There are four pairs of doors, two each from lounge and dining room. We also added a light and power point.
