The utility had a cold tap and an old stone sink and nothing else. I installed a hot water tank and a temporary sink and draw unit. The electric supply enters this room so this is where the new installation is. The original electrics board had a switch and a meter, no fuses, they where scattered around the house. The supply was 6kw three phase but is now a 12kw single phase. A ceiling was fitted below the cable runs and the bottom of the stairs line with plaster board. The stairs were not accessible form here so a doorway was made and three steps added to give access to the stairs.
